A paid outdoor lot, shared parking at a retail center or strip mall, a dealership lot or a mixed site, and anything unusual about the layout: overflow areas, separate entrances, gated sections.

Occupancy by zone, busy periods, short-stay and loading areas, a specific vehicle, after-hours activity. The questions your team asks every day.

Roughly how many spaces or rows, and whether more than one location is involved.
