These terms govern your use of the ParkSense AI website (the “website”), operated by ParkSense AI (“ParkSense”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the website only; any ParkSense product deployment is covered by its own written agreement.

Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
Informational content
The website describes ParkSense and how it is designed to work. Product descriptions, illustrations and guides explain intended workflows and general practice. They are not a commitment that a particular feature, configuration or outcome is available for your site.
Availability, features, deployment scope, camera coverage, data handling and support for any ParkSense deployment are defined in a separate written agreement with the customer.
Photographic scenes on the website are illustrative and do not depict customer sites. Guides and other resources are general information, not professional, legal or security advice for your situation.
The interactive product tour
The product tour uses synthetic sample data generated in your browser. It demonstrates the operator experience and is not a live system: it does not connect to cameras, sites, vehicles or customer data, and the actions you take in it have no effect outside your browser. Identifiers, vehicles, events and figures shown in the tour are fictional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its hosting infrastructure or related systems, or interfere with their operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing an unreasonable automated load on them;
- scrape or harvest content or contact information from the website at scale, other than through standard search engine indexing;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when you contact us; or
- submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing or unsolicited promotional material.
Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, interface designs, the ParkSense name and logo, and the underlying code, are owned by ParkSense or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own informational, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from the website or its content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to any ParkSense trademark or product.
Submissions and feedback
When you send us information through the contact form or by email, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We handle personal information in submissions as described in our privacy policy.
Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the website. A submission does not create a confidential relationship or a customer agreement. If you share ideas or feedback about ParkSense, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
