Scope of this policy
This policy covers the public ParkSense website, including its pages, the contact form and the interactive product tour.
It does not cover ParkSense deployments at customer sites. Data processed by a ParkSense deployment, including camera data and the events derived from it, is governed by the agreement between ParkSense and that customer. If you have a question about a particular site, contact the operator of that site, or write to us at connect@parksense.ai.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we receive the information you enter:
- your name, email address, organization and role;
- the type of facility, the topic of your inquiry and the number of sites;
- your message; and
- your confirmation that we may use these details to respond to you.
Some of these fields are optional. The form is submitted through Netlify Forms, a feature of our hosting provider, Netlify. Submissions are stored with our hosting provider and made available to our team so that we can respond.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site is delivered by a hosting provider that processes standard server and request logs when your browser requests a page or file. These logs can include your IP address, your browser’s user agent, the URL requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request.
This information is used to deliver, operate and secure the website, for example to detect abuse and diagnose errors.
Cookies, analytics and third-party requests
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not set any cookies of its own.
Fonts, images, scripts and styles are self-hosted: they are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not send requests to third-party font, analytics or advertising services.
The interactive product tour
The product tour runs in your browser using synthetic sample data. To keep your place as you move between views, it stores sample state, such as your filters and review actions, in your browser’s sessionStorage.
This information is never transmitted to us. It is cleared when you close the browser tab, or immediately when you use the tour’s Reset button.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiry, whether it concerns a demo, your site, a career opportunity or an investor question;
- follow up with you about your inquiry, where you have asked us to or would reasonably expect it;
- operate, maintain and secure the website; and
- keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
We do not use this information for advertising.

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by writing to connect@parksense.ai.
Request logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention practices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive, including encrypted connections for the website and form submissions, and limiting access to inquiries to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Browsing this website does not require you to provide personal information, and you can choose to write to us by email instead of using the contact form.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To make a request, email connect@parksense.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
